Who could help me with a vaio computer problem. I can’t seem to get any of my USB ports to work and recognize an external component. I also don’t want to do a system recovery because my blank CD is not recognized. Can someone help?

Your most likely just missing some drivers that are used for recognition of external devices, you can download these drivers from the sony website by looking at their support section
