I’ve a computer problem that when I click any desktop item to open it shows that –"This operation has been cancelled due to restiction in effect of the computer. plz contact system administrator" so plz help me to sought out this problem.

good old vista, right click and "run as administrator" either that or you dont have admin privliges!
